LuxeGuard

Dealer program

Carry film worth putting your name on.

LuxeGuard is sold through a controlled network of installation shops — never marketplaces, never direct to consumers, never a race to the bottom on price. If you install to a standard and want margin that reflects it, we should talk.

What you get

Six things in the box.

An account is more than a price break. This is what an active LuxeGuard dealer account actually includes.

01

Wholesale pricing

Tiered by volume, published on a real price sheet — not quoted differently every time you call.

02

Territory protection

We cap dealer density by market so you aren't selling the identical film against three shops on the same road.

03

Pattern access

Plotter patterns for current vehicles, cut to the panel with wrap tolerances built in.

04

VIN warranty filing

Register the install and the coverage follows the car. No customer paperwork, no claim arguments.

05

Marketing assets

Logo lockups, counter displays, product cards, cut-file badges and social templates in brand.

06

Installer support

A direct line to installers who use this film daily — not a call centre reading from a PDF.

The process

Four steps to an account.

01

Apply

Ten minutes of business details — where you are, what you install, roughly what volume you turn. No fee, no obligation.

02

Talk it through

We call within two business days to check territory availability, walk the price sheet, and answer the questions the website can't. Sample slabs go out on this call.

03

Open the account

Sign the dealer agreement, place an opening order, and get your pattern access, warranty portal login and brand asset pack.

04

Reorder in minutes

Build a roll order online any time. Standard stock ships within three business days from Ladson.

Who we approve

We'd rather have fewer, better shops.

This isn't a volume-at-any-cost program. Every dealer is a reflection of the film, so approval is deliberate and territories are finite.

You don't need to be big. Some of our strongest dealers are one-bay operations with a waiting list. What you do need is a fixed commercial location, real install capability, and customers who'd say good things about you unprompted.

Questions

Dealer FAQ.

Is there a fee to become a dealer?+
No application or annual fee. There's an opening order minimum that varies by line and market, which we'll walk through on the call before you commit to anything.
Can I get samples before ordering?+
Yes — sample slabs go out during the application call. Scratch them, heat them, bead water on them, pull them off a test panel. We'd rather you test the film than take our word for it.
How exclusive is a territory?+
We limit how many dealers sell into a given market rather than granting blanket exclusivity. Specific boundaries are set at approval based on market size and reviewed annually against volume.
Can I sell LuxeGuard film online?+
Dealers may market and sell installation services freely, including online. Reselling raw film on consumer marketplaces isn't permitted — that's the agreement that keeps the brand and your pricing intact.
Who handles a warranty claim?+
Registered installs are on file by VIN. The dealer inspects first; where the defect is the film's, we supply replacement material and cover the claim. The vehicle owner isn't billed for a covered defect.
Do you offer installer training?+
Yes. Approved dealers can schedule hands-on time in our Ladson bay, and we'll walk new installers through pattern handling, edge wraps and post-heating on the phone any day of the week.
